2023 Reading

I’m not one of those people who read 75 or 100 books in a year. I don’t have that kind of time with two small children, but even before kids I couldn’t read that much. And now, between juggling kids, working and writing, I sometimes only read 1-2 books in a month. Thankfully, I have been able to read a little more since I listen to audiobooks while I work sometimes, but still I don’t manage more than about 20 books in a year. Since I didn’t d the best job reviewing everything I read (I’ll probably go back and review some because there were some excellent ones!), I thought I’d do a quick post about what I read this year (not all are romance FYI).

I also read Kate Clayborn’s Missing Christmas, which was a novella, and I re-read Just Like Magic because I desperately needed something to make me laugh. There is a good chance I’ll re-read that every year.

I feel like there are at least 2 more I left off but I can’t remember what they are. I also was super lucky to read some amazing manuscripts by friends and also approximately 9 million children’s books (mostly the same ones over and over) as well as my own work several times.
